Launch is a real estate consulting firm that helps developers finance public infrastructure through special taxing districts like CFDs, PIDs, and MUDs. Founded in 2018 by CPA and development finance expert Carter Froelich, the firm brings over 40 years of experience and has helped structure more than $20 billion in public improvements. Launch exclusively serves the private sector, with a focus on financing infrastructure, reducing costs, and mitigating risk, all with the goal of enhancing project profitability and returns. We operate in partnership with Land Advisors Organization (LAO), with Launch offices in Scottsdale, Irvine, Dallas, Houston, and Boise, and we have plans to expand into additional key markets. Managing Principal (Dallas, TX)

Launch  Development Finance Advisors is growing and is looking for a hard-working, enthusiastic, entrepreneurial real estate finance professional to lead our Dallas/Fort Worth and Austin offices. Each Managing Principal is responsible for growing the area office’s operations by providing the firm’s clients with solid, realistic, fact-based special district (e.g., Public Improvement Districts, Municipal Utility Districts, Tax Increment Reinvestment Zones, etc., collectively “Financing Vehicles”) financing recommendations related to their development projects.

Senior Manager/Market Leader

The focus of the role will be to research and evaluate data required to prepare financial feasibility, participate in the firm’s business development efforts with both existing and prospective clients, analyze client data, represent clients in negotiations with governmental entities and recommend appropriate negotiation strategies, review and provides comments to agreements to ensure legal compliance with governmental standards and regulations, and is responsible for contacting and developing rapport with various governmental officials.

Associate (Dallas, TX, Scottsdale, AZ and Irvine, CA)

The focus of the role will be to take charge of identifying informational sources, assembling and analyzing data, executing analysis and presenting findings to team members. You will research various development projects, development costs, jurisdictional policies, competitive development projects and legal documents – work that will become the basis for the team’s strategic recommendations.

Assessments Manager (Dallas, Tx; Scottsdale, AZ and Irvine, CA)

In this role, you’ll oversee lien administration and financial operations for large-scale real estate development projects—particularly those involving CDDs, PIDs, or other special assessment districts.  If you’re familiar with assessment rolls, bond-backed infrastructure financing, and stakeholder coordination in the real estate or public finance space, this could be a great opportunity to consider.

Real Estate Paralegal / District Manager (Utah or Idaho)

The focus of the role will be to support board meetings from end to end — including preparing agendas, coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders, reviewing documents for accuracy, and ensuring all materials and deadlines are met. You’d also assist with drafting and reviewing board resolutions and be a key liaison to ensure meetings run smoothly.
